PowerWedges: Compact, closed full-range speaker systems manufactured by JL Audio in the early 1980s. One of the first closed speaker systems ever on the car audio market.

8W3 V3-4 : Eight-inch woofer for use in the new line of JL Audio PowerWedges. Subsequent 10- and 12-inch speaker systems were also released based on this design and were just as well received as the 8-inch model.

TheW3 -Series: These subwoofers are available in 5 different sizes, from 6-inch to 18-inch. Each component subwoofer can be operated with 2-ohm, 4-ohm or 8-ohm. TheW3 series is characterized by the DMA-optimized motor system and increased frame cooling.

TheW5 -Series: More powerful speakers that were very well received when they were released in 1987.

TheW6 -Series: Engineered for higher sound quality.

TW5 : JL's only shallow depth subwoofer and only available in 13.5" with a depth of only 2.54". This subwoofer has a nominal impedance of 3 ohms and has an RMS power of 600W. It can be easily mounted in tight spaces
