• The C1 speakers deliver real substance and great audio performance in a format designed to be easily fitted behind factory grilles.
  
• To make installation easier, the C1-650 woofers are supplied with multi-application adapter rings that allow easy installation in vehicles with oversized 6.5-inch and 6.75-inch speaker openings. Without the ring, the woofers will also fit in many "6-inch" speaker positions. The C1 tweeters are supplied with surface and flush mounting hardware for maximum installation versatility.
  
• At the heart of the C1-650 is a proprietary 6.50" (165 mm) stamped steel frame and a DMA-optimized motor system. A mineral-filled, injection-molded polypropylene cone is suspended with a rubber surround at the front and a carefully engineered flat Conex® spider on top of the voice coil to precisely control voice coil movement. 
• These are the same features and materials normally found in much more expensive speakers.
  
• Equipped with a true edge-driven aluminum dome tweeter, the C1 speakers further set themselves apart from other speakers in their category with their superior clarity and definition in the high frequency range. The tweeter design inherently has excellent off-axis response and high frequency extension. It also benefits from the damping of a silk surround suspension and ferrofluid in the voice coil gap, as well as the superior strength of a neodymium magnetic circuit. A 2nd order inline high pass filter with advanced tweeter protection circuitry is integrated to further enhance quietness and improve power handling.
