The MAOP 11 6.5" (16.5cm) mid-woofers from Mark Audio are manufactured in limited editions and are very popular locally. They impress with their micro-arc oxidation process, a crystalline oxide membrane and a broadband driver. In a complex and expensive process, the membrane material is chemically converted into crystalline oxide at extremely high temperatures, which leads to a robust and resilient structure. At the same time, microscopically small cavities are created that give the cone a sound image with metal and paper membrane qualities. The result is precise results and a high-class listening experience.
