A good Amplifier not only delivers watts, it controls your speakers. Many mainstream amps dazzle with high numbers but lose stability under load. Our selection of power amplifiers from Deaf Bonce and DD Audio stands for honest power ratings and maximum efficiency – so your system plays cleanly even at the limit.
EA-MT1 by Emphaser Description
The 1-channel amplifier EA-MT1 from Emphaser is a compact and powerful mono amplifier from the Monolith series. With dimensions of just 212 x 35 x 110 mm, it delivers an impressive output of 1 x 450 watts RMS at 4 ohms and 1 x 600 watts RMS at 2 ohms. The amplifier features a Class-D amplifier circuit and a massive die-cast aluminum heat sink, which together ensure outstanding dynamics and efficient temperature management. Additional features include an integrated subsonic filter, a low-pass filter, bass boost, a variable phase shift, as well as RCA and high-level inputs with auto turn-on function. This equipment makes it an ideal choice for any subwoofer and guarantees powerful and low-distortion bass reproduction.
The Sound
The mono amplifier EA-MT1 from the Monolith series by Emphaser not only offers concentrated power, but also outstanding dynamics and exceptional signal fidelity. Minimal distortion as well as powerful, dynamic bass reproduction are characteristics that distinguish this top-of-the-line digital power amplifier.
The Performance
Measuring only 212 x 35 x 110 mm, this very compact bass amplifier delivers high power in a very small space. The exceptional aluminum die-cast heatsink design allows significantly smaller dimensions while maintaining excellent temperature management. The optimized Class-D amplifier circuit, combined with the massive heatsink, provides enormous power: With 1 x 450 watts RMS at 4 ohms and 1 x 600 watts RMS at 2 ohms, the EA-MT1 is an ideal power source for any subwoofer.
The Features
The EA-MT1 features a 12 dB/oct. subsonic filter (15 – 40 Hz) and a 12 dB/oct. low-pass filter (50 – 500 Hz), an integrated bass boost (0 – 15 dB @ 40 Hz), and a variable phase shift (0 – 180°). All controls are hidden under the massive bar with the engraved Emphaser logo. Additional features include RCA and high-level inputs as well as an auto turn-on function for connecting to factory radios without RCA output – this allows the 4-channel amplifier EA-MT4 to be easily combined with factory-installed radios.
