The DuraTex Roller Grade 1 kg from Acry-Tech is a high-quality insulation specially developed for coating loudspeakers and road cases. This coating impresses with a scratch and weather-resistant surface that is easy to apply. A 1 kg pack is sufficient to cover up to 2 square meters and contains a practical textured roller. The self-priming formulation allows a fast drying time of just three hours. Due to its non-toxic, water-based mixture, DuraTex is both safe to use and easy to clean. Available in a range of color shades, the product provides an effective way to protect and beautify wood surfaces over the long term.

DuraTex is the #1 speaker cabinet coating designed to beautify and protect wooden speakers and road cases. DuraTex is super easy to apply and adheres exceptionally well to wood and other substrates.
The self-priming formulation eliminates the need for multi-stage finishing. Simply roll or brush onto speaker cabinets or road cases, and DuraTex's water-based, non-toxic, proprietary blend of high-tech polymers and low-volatility organic compounds is touch-dry within three hours (fully cured in about seven days). This creates a robust, water-repellent surface.
Applying multiple layers of DuraTex to a cabinet or enclosure increases the strength and weather resistance of the surfaces. DuraTex is also easy to clean and maintain, so the surface will look like new even after years of use!
This 1 kg DuraTex set is sufficient to coat and treat a total area of approximately 2 square meters, which is equivalent to two cabinets measuring 60 x 30 x 45 cm. Also included is a unique 7.6 cm wide textured roller (with handle) to create a raised, truck bed-like surface.
Application
Apply the roller coating with a brush or roller to coat the surface evenly. A thick first coat followed by a thinner second coat will give a milder texture. A thick second coat will give a more aggressive texture. Adding a small amount of water to the product will reduce the texture profile and may result in a stronger orange peel texture.
