The low-profile MPS 250 S4 subwoofer has been designed to deliver exceptional performance even when there is very little space available for installing the subwoofer enclosure.
The MPS 250 S2 is optimized for use in ultra-compact, closed enclosures from 14 Lt (0.49 Cf). A typical example is a subwoofer enclosure under the rear seat of pickups where space and height are limited.
The MPS 250 subwoofer has an unprecedented bass-to-power ratio thanks to its impressive cone excursion capacity, which is 20% higher than a conventional design.
This extraordinary goal was achieved thanks to the ingenious design of the centering with a special support structure for the spider and coil. This solution has made it possible to move the magnet inwards, reducing the depth while maximizing the linear excursion of the diaphragm.
