The TSWB-LP12V100AH - 100Ah LiFeYPO4 from Winston is an advanced lithium cell based on lithium yttrium iron phosphate technology (LiFeYPO4). This cell stands for safety and environmental friendliness as it contains no toxic or corrosive substances and is non-flammable. With a long cycle life of over 11,000 cycles at 0.5 C and a capacity of 100 Ah, it offers a reliable solution for traction applications such as electric vehicles and stationary energy storage. The possibility of fast charging and low self-discharge are further advantages that enable efficient use. Note that the battery should be managed as a monolithic 12 V block to ensure optimum performance.

Note:
Monolithic 12 V batteries have a simple BMS module inside. They consist of finely balanced cells with identical performance. The battery must be managed and operated as a single monolithic 12 V block. We do not recommend a series connection. For a higher voltage system of 24/36/48 V and more, we recommend using single cells (LFP0100AHA) 100 Ah + BMS123Smart.
These batteries are suitable for all traction applications, including electric vehicles (EV). They are also ideal for stationary applications - for example as energy storage.
They can also be used to start combustion engines. The use of LP 12 V batteries for starting does not require any special electronics, but it is very important to maintain the minimum and maximum voltage. We therefore recommend using a voltage indicator that informs you of the current voltage. This is particularly important when starting frequently.
No self-discharge occurs here. It can be recharged in any discharge state - there is no memory effect. LiFePO4 is a very safe technology that does not self-ignite and does not react with moisture or oxygen.
