Le tweeter à dôme SB Acoustics SATORI TW29BN-B avec membrane en béryllium pose de nouveaux jalons en matière de performances dans les hautes fréquences. Le SATORI TW29BN-B Beryllium est capable de reproduire des fréquences allant jusqu'à 40.000 Hz et, avec une fréquence de résonance de 750 Hz, il peut même être utilisé dans un système à deux voies.

Le béryllium est connu pour sa sonorité ouverte et spatiale, souvent décrite comme holographique. Les propriétés d'auto-amortissement du béryllium permettent d'obtenir une réponse en fréquence plus étendue, sans les pics importants dans la réponse en fréquence à des fréquences plus élevées que l'on trouve dans la plupart des tweeters à dôme métallique.
