Masori ist ein in Frankfurt (Oder) ansässiges junges Unternehmen für Produkte rund um Autohifi, Homehifi und Lautsprecherteile. Unser Sortiment beziehen wir weltweit und lagern dieses direkt in Deutschland. Wir betreiben ein eigenes Warenlager auf 1000m², ein Büro in Berlin und einen Onlineshop.
We serve internet platforms such as eBay and co, where over 6000 products can now be found. We are also a national wholesaler and supply specialist audio retailers in Germany.
Masori sees itself as a dynamic company that loves to break new ground, operate internationally and lead a flexible, young team with a start-up mentality.
Customer Service Agent/E-Commerce Manager - part-time/full-time
Your tasks
Management and coordination of IT service providers and online marketing agencies
Management, further development and motivation of the e-commerce team
B2C product consulting, order acceptance, complaint processing, offer preparation by e-mail, social media and telephone
First point of contact for communication with our business customers
Expansion of the B2B network
Support of the social media & marketing team
Portfolio expansion and article/data maintenance in the webshop
Your qualifications
Training in retail, wholesale, customer service, marketing or comparable qualification
Affinity for the audio segment and e-commerce
Strong assertiveness, organization and communication skills
Excellent German and good English skills
Experience in customer service and support (B2C/B2B)
High quality awareness and sales orientation
Passion for store development and customer journeys

Affinity for warehousing and logistics as well as car hi-fi/electronics
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of German

Strong manual skills and technical understanding
Good knowledge of German
Experience in the installation and maintenance of Carhifi systems
