In addition to the statutory warranty rights to which you are entitled, we grant you 3-year guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. Our guarantee covers the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur in the goods purchased by you during this period, we will grant you one of the following services of our choice under the guarantee:

  • free repair of the goods or
  • free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (including a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by:

  • misuse or improper handling
  • Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • Non-observance of any safety precautions
  • Non-observance of the operating instructions
  • Use of force (e.g. blow, impact, fall)
  • unauthorized repair attempts
  • normal wear
In order to make a claim under the warranty, you must first enable us to check the warranty claim by sending in the goods. Please ensure that damage during transportation is avoided by using appropriate packaging. To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice for the consignment. We ask for your understanding that we may refuse to provide warranty service if this copy of the invoice is not enclosed. The copy of the invoice is used to calculate the warranty period. If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty processing will be free of charge for you. We will then reimburse any shipping costs you may have incurred.

Note: Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee promise and can be claimed by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.

The Masori low price guarantee

"We keep up - guaranteed! Benefit from our Low price guarantee: If you find one or more items purchased from us on a website in the European Union or in a store in the European Union at a lower price than from us, we will match the competitor's price. We guarantee to offer you the same price, refund the difference to the competitor's price and include an item from our Accessories area at its own discretion.

  2. To claim the low price guarantee, please send an e-mail stating the order number or link of the item(s) for which you would like to claim the low price guarantee to [email protected]. Include suitable evidence that adequately demonstrates the price, availability and features of the competing offer. This can be done, for example, by sending a link to the corresponding competing offer or photos of a brochure or the offer in a store.

    After checking the facts of the case, we will immediately refund you the difference between the purchase price paid to us, including all ancillary costs (in particular shipping costs), and the purchase price including all ancillary costs (in particular shipping costs) of the competitor's offer for each successfully claimed low price guarantee. The refund will be made in the form of a credit to your customer account, as well as the forwarding of the item from our accessories range. A cash payment of the refund amount is excluded.

  3. Conditions for claiming the low price guarantee
  4. The following conditions apply for claiming the low price guarantee:
    1. The low price guarantee is only granted to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. In particular, commercial resellers are excluded from claiming the low price guarantee.

    2. The low price guarantee gives the consumer the opportunity, upon request and in accordance with the following provisions, to obtain a refund of the difference between the purchase price, including all ancillary costs, of the item purchased from us and a lower purchase price, including all ancillary costs, within the framework of a competing offer.

    3. The competing offer must refer to a website operated from Germany or the European Union according to the respective provider identification (imprint) or to a store located in Germany or the European Union, it must come from a commercial provider and it must be available for immediate delivery at the advertised price on a daily basis at the time the low price guarantee is claimed.

    4. Not included in the low price guarantee are competing offers for rejected goods, exhibition, returned or demonstration goods, faulty products or defective items, as well as offers due to clearance, insolvency and clearance sales.

    5. The competitor price must include all additional costs such as shipping costs. The standard shipping costs within Germany for the corresponding item are used to calculate the shipping costs.

    6. The low price guarantee gives the consumer the opportunity, upon request and in accordance with the following provisions, to obtain a refund of the difference between the purchase price, including all ancillary costs, of the item purchased from us and a lower purchase price, including all ancillary costs, within the framework of a competing offer.

    7. Competitive prices are only those prices at which every consumer can take advantage of the competing offer, and not only members of certain professional groups, companies, associations, clubs or similar institutions, customer or discount programs. Individual discounts or benefits are not taken into account when determining the competitive price. This applies in particular to personalized vouchers and discounts or rewards granted as part of customer loyalty programs (e.g. use of customer cards or bonus programs). Volume discounts and discount campaigns granted by the article manufacturer for the competitor's offer (e.g. cashback programs) are also not taken into account.

    8. The competitor's item must be new, unused, in its original packaging and undamaged.

    9. The low price guarantee is only granted for standard household order quantities.

    10. The low price guarantee can only be claimed once per item ordered.

    11. The low price guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts

    12. The low price guarantee can only be claimed within a preclusive period of 30 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract for the item purchased from us. The timely dispatch of the declaration to claim the low price guarantee is sufficient to meet the deadline. The provision of § 193 BGB does not apply when calculating the end of the period.

    13. The statutory rights of the consumer remain unaffected. If the consumer cancels his order with regard to one or more items for which he has claimed the low price guarantee, the following applies:
      • The consumer will be refunded the full purchase price for the withdrawn item(s).
      • The entitlement to a credit note under the low price guarantee expires as a result of the declared revocation. Any credit already granted will be reversed.
      • By claiming the Low Price Guarantee, the consumer undertakes to immediately refund to us any credit note received under the Low Price Guarantee for an item whose purchase is revoked by him, provided that the credit note has already been offset against further orders or other claims on our part.

    14. The above provisions shall apply accordingly in the event that the consumer effectively withdraws from the purchase contract for an item for which he has claimed the low price guarantee on the basis of his statutory rights in respect of defects.

    15. We reserve the right to exclude individual items from the low price guarantee. If this is the case, the consumer will be informed of this fact by an explicit notice next to the respective item. Furthermore, the offer of the low price guarantee can be terminated by us at any time. The consumer will be informed of this by us. Items ordered before the notice of termination of the low price guarantee is received are still covered by the guarantee promise.

The 90-day price reduction protection from Masori

If you're anything like us, there are few things more annoying than making a purchase and seeing the price drop the next day. We want you to feel comfortable buying your product from us when you're ready.

To help you with this, we have introduced 90-day price reduction protection.

What is the 90-day price reduction protection?

If the price of an appliance in the Masori.de store falls within 90 days of the purchase date, you will receive the difference back in the form of a value voucher.

Example: The period begins on your purchase date and only runs for 90 days. So if you buy on June 15, for example, and the price drops between that date and September 15, you are entitled to a value voucher. All you have to do is contact us by September 15.

The 90-day price reduction protection is not a price adjustment between different stores. It only applies to the store on Masori.de and is intended to prevent you from missing out on a great offer because you buy in time.

The calculation basis is in euros and does not include exchange rate fluctuations between different currencies.

Guarantee conditions for free gifts

Scope of application: These guarantee conditions apply to all free gifts offered as part of promotional campaigns in the online store.

Qualification for free gifts: Customers are eligible to receive a free gift when they purchase a main item whose value exceeds a set minimum amount. The minimum amount for qualification is reached as soon as a free gift is displayed in the (Add free) field on the product page.

Selection of free gifts: Free gifts are selected by the customer within the options available in the online store. The availability of free gifts may vary depending on stock levels and the display of a free gift item may change without prior notice.

No exchange or return: Free gifts cannot be exchanged or returned. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

No guarantee or warranty: There is no guarantee or warranty for free gifts. Complaints regarding the quality or functionality of free gifts will not be accepted.

Limited availability: Free gifts are only offered while stocks last. There is no entitlement to a specific free gift.

Change of conditions: We reserve the right to change the guarantee conditions for free gifts at any time. Changes will be announced on the website of the online store.

Redemption of promotional vouchers

1. vouchers that are issued free of charge by the seller as part of promotions with a specific period of validity and that cannot be purchased by the customer (hereinafter "promotional vouchers") can only be redeemed in the seller's online store and only during the specified period.

2. promotional vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.

3. individual products may be excluded from the voucher promotion if a corresponding restriction results from the content of the promotional voucher.

4. promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.

5. only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.

6. the value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any remaining credit will not be refunded by the seller.

7. if the value of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be selected to settle the difference.

8. the credit balance of a promotional voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it bear interest.

9. the promotional voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in full or in part with the promotional voucher within the scope of his statutory right of withdrawal.

10 The promotional voucher is transferable. The seller may make payment with discharging effect to the respective holder who redeems the promotional voucher in the seller's online store. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the non-authorization, legal incapacity or lack of power of representation of the respective holder.

11. only one free gift promotion per order and per customer is permitted. A manual multiple selection of the free product in the bundle is automatically reduced to the quantity 1.

11. the use of a voucher is limited to one use per customer per promotion. Multiple use will result in the items in the order being invoiced.
