Avec la THOR TRX dont fait partie l'amplificateur DSP Hifonics THOR TRX-4004DSP, la série réunit HiFonics avec brio les vertus classiques des amplificateurs à la technologie DSP avancée. Les amplificateurs de la série Zeus, Brutus et Atlas, qui ont la même apparence que les amplificateurs haut de gamme de la série Zeus, Brutus et Atlas, sont équipés d'un système d'amplification de haute qualité. TRX offrent les fonctionnalités développées par HiFonics la puissance d'amplification souveraine habituelle avec processeur DSP intégré, qui peut être réglé de manière optimale avec le logiciel DSP fourni.

Le logiciel M-CONTROL2 offre une multitude de possibilités pour adapter votre système sonore à l'acoustique du véhicule. Une interface utilisateur claire et logique permet une manipulation intuitive et un réglage du son en temps réel, alors que l'appareil DSP est connecté au logiciel via USB. Les 8 canaux peuvent être configurés individuellement ou en paires de 4 canaux. Outre les filtres passe-haut, passe-bas et passe-bande, il est possible de régler des paramètres tels que la rotation de phase et la correction du temps de propagation, ainsi qu'un égaliseur 31 bandes par canal. Jusqu'à 10 configurations différentes peuvent ensuite être enregistrées sur l'appareil DSP.
