The ECX-G6 from Emphaser is a 6.5" (16.5 cm) coaxial loudspeaker characterized by a number of key features. These include a CRYSTALGRAIN compound cone bass/midrange driver, a FlowMax die-cast aluminum basket and a strontium ferrite magnet. The speaker also features a butyl rubber surround and a two-layer copper wire voice coil on an aluminum voice coil former. A 13 mm tweeter with fabric dome tweeter and a screw terminal with gold-plated contact surfaces round off the product. With a rated power handling of 100 W RMS, a rated impedance of 4 ohms and a frequency response of 65 Hz - 22 kHz, the ECX-G6 offers impressive performance. The installation diameter is 145 mm and the installation depth is 65 mm. The scope of delivery includes two coaxial speakers, whereby the speaker cover is optionally available.
