TMS5 is a 5-inch (13 cm) mid-bass speaker from Rockford Fosgate as a 2-way coaxial with a 25 mm film dome tweeter and flat coaxial design. The construction includes a diaphragm made of carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene with co-molded surround, Santoprene VAST surround, and Santoprene front isolation spider, as well as a spider made of poly-cotton. Driven by a neodymium ring magnet motor, 35.6 mm voice coil, and integrated flat connectors. Weather and water-resistant Element Ready design, frame made of fiberglass reinforced polymer and ASA grille with integrated phase plug. Integrated 6 dB tweeter crossover with polyester capacitor and discrete tweeter cable.
