The RIOT61-6.5" component kit has 2 crossovers. These are separated by 12 dB/octave at 3.5 KHz and have the option of adjusting the tweeter attenuation.  Large  1.2" 28mm tweeter chosen for the higher frequencies. In most cases, paper is the best choice for balanced sound. It sounds warmer and fuller than other materials.
