The connection is made via a 40 Pin Quadlock VAG Plug in m/f. The red wire carries +12V ignition terminal 15, fused. OEM MQS contacts need to be rearranged. It is reversible in the vehicle-specific radio connection wiring harness. Please note the information regarding active sound systems and 2-DIN OEM devices.
