Discover the Prima APK 165, a 6.5" (16.5cm) front system set from renowned manufacturer Audison. Equipped with state-of-the-art features such as an AP 1 tweeter and AP 6.5 woofer, this system offers an incredible 300 W peak power. Thanks to the integrated APCX TW crossover with two-stage level selector, the system adapts easily to different installation scenarios. Whether with OEM grille or in free A-pillar installation, the Prima APK 165 ensures flexible adaptation and high performance. In addition, the high-current quick-connect terminals with double contact on positive and negative poles facilitate fast and flexible connection.

- The AP 1 tweeter with 26 mm diaphragm diameter in combination with a broadband surround ensures maximum efficiency and reduced resonance frequency.
- AP 1 tweeter with an acoustic lens designed to compensate and fine-tune anomalies in the vehicle's frequency response in the 10kHz to 13kHz range caused by restrictive OEM grilles at critical OEM positions.
- APCX TW is a very compact passive tweeter crossover optimized for OEM integration and equipped with an attenuation switch (0 dB, +2dB) to adjust the response in the vehicle according to the different installation conditions.
- Passive crossovers are supplied with quick connectors that comply with OEM integration. The ends, which differ in each of the two poles, eliminate possible connection errors and speed up the
required installation time. - AP 6.5 woofer with 32 mm pure copper voice coil for high power handling and excellent control of low frequencies.
- AP 6.5 woofer with a water-repellent treated paper cone whose profile was developed using FEM (Finite Element Method) simulation technology and optimized with the Klippel Scan Vibrometer.
- AP 6.5 woofer with reduced installation depth, which facilitates installation in OEM mounting locations.
- AP 6.5 woofer with TPU edge (thermoplastic polyurethane) and unique "Triple Wave" profile for maximum linearity of excursion.
- AP 6.5 woofer with compact basket, protected by an abrasion and scratch resistant coating, the motor is fixed with damping epoxy glue.
- AP 6.5 woofer with high-current quick-connect terminal with double contact on the positive and negative pole for high flexibility and fast connection. The terminal is fitted with a temperature-resistant plastic cover to protect it from accidental short circuits.
