The Morel 2-way component system IR-BMW 42-CTR for the replacement of a 2-way center speaker in a BMW belongs to the reference class of BMW speaker sets and sets new standards in terms of sound quality. Music lovers will be blown away by the sonic purity, detail and ease of listening.
Thanks to DirectFit, the unique 4-inch cabinet design with included mounting brackets, easy snap-in 1.1-inch tweeters (28 mm) and factory cable connections, the IR-BMW42 fits modern BMW models without the need for modifications.
The IR-BMW 42-CTR is based on Morel's highly regarded hybrid speaker series. Each 100mm woofer is fitted with a 54mm voice coil and a powerful hybrid EVC™ motor, providing exceptional power handling and unrivaled cone control. The high-resolution tweeter utilizes Morel's proprietary 28mm Acuflex™ silk dome tweeter and a dual neodymium magnet motor. The result is a plug-and-play speaker system that is simply second to none.
