    With the FACE-NEWPORT 1-DIN car radio from Retrosound, you can bring modern and retro together. This display unit is characterized by its specific customization options, which enable perfect integration into many vehicle models from 1975-2000, including General Motors, Chevrolet and Mopar as well as Ford from 1979-1991. In addition to the "Newport" display unit, the scope of delivery also includes control buttons, control rings and control knobs. Various optional radio modules and brackets are also available, which you can order separately. Please note that the display unit can be ideally integrated into the various front panels and adapter frames from Retrosound. The confirmation of the AKE working group states that the Retrosound car radio may also be installed in classic cars with an H license plate.

Note

    The Retrosound car radio is ordered and delivered in two components. The radio module "Motor" and the "Face", which has a display unit with control buttons and the two controls. The control buttons and control rings are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered individually. The display unit fits into the various front panels and adapter frames from Retrosound.

Note on the H license plate

    Any concerns that your H license plate may be at risk due to the installation of a Retrosound car radio are unfounded. In the download you will find a confirmation with the approval of the entire AKE working group (TÜV Süd, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Nord, DEKRA, KÜS, GTÜ), which states that the "Retrosound car radio" including vehicle-specific panel and control buttons may be installed in classic cars with an H license plate and does not prevent the H license plate from being issued!
