The DSP 8.12 from Audio System is a 12-Channel DSP with 8 RCA inputs (Low level 2 to 4 Volts) and 8 Molex high-level inputs (5 to 20 Volts) with automatic power-on. It features 12 RCA outputs (5 Volts), an AUX input, as well as an optical input and an optical output. The high-performance DSP operates with a Freescale multi-core chip and two dual-core chips, each with 250 MHz. The sampling rate is 96 kHz, and the frequency range is 10–44000 Hz. The signal-to-noise ratio is 108 dB digital and 102 dB analog, with crosstalk attenuation greater than 92 dB. Start/Stop capable up to 6 Volts/5 sec, operating voltage 9.6–18 Volts, and operating temperature from −20°C to +80°C. An SD card slot, an intuitive GUI, and a remote output are integrated. The dimensions are 180 x 160 x 45 mm.
