5x aluminum connectors (must be filed or drilled out slightly if used with the black cell holders)
1x 4-6S 5A LTO active balancer Heltec
12x M12 nuts
2x aluminum end pieces with 4x M8 threads each for connecting cable lugs
12x plastic connectors for connecting the 6 LTO cells

Notes on LTO cells

The optimum operating range of YINLONG LTO cells is between 2.0V and 2.5V.
When charging the cells above 2.5V, the voltage rises more strongly, above 2.6V very strongly. The situation is similar when discharging below 2.0V!
It is therefore very important to use a good active balancer for LTO cells that are connected in series.
When working with very high currents (charging or discharging), it may be necessary to further restrict the operating range in order to avoid large voltage increases or voltage drops.

Difference between: LTO - LiFePO4 lithium batteries

Lithium titanate cells (LTO)

+ Extremely long service life
+ 10x longer cycle life than LiFePO4 cells
+ extremely safe, the cells do not burn! even with cut tests, drop tests and co, no fire will occur, as is known from other lithium batteries!
+ very high charging and discharging currents possible (5C-10C)
+ less temperature-sensitive, can also be charged at <0°C
+ now affordable, cells have become cheaper
+ very long calendar service life (>25 years)
- LTO is more expensive than LiFePO4
- Higher weight or less capacity
- lower cell voltage (2.3V), therefore more cells required for the same battery voltage

Lithium iron phosphate cells (LiFePO4)

+ favorable price

+ higher capacity
+ higher cell voltage (3.2V), fewer cells required
- shorter service life
- not quite as safe as LTO
- max. charging and discharging currents are significantly lower (2C-3C)
